I confess: I use canned foods.

It's true. I don't soak my beans. I don't hand-dice my tomatoes. I must apologize to America's Test Kitchen and foodies everywhere because I use Wick Fowler's 2 Alarm Chili Mix and Rotel Tomatoes and Morning Star meatless crumbles to make chili on a rainy day. On sunny days too.... Because it's easier.
